For the last(?) time, to satisfy yourself and possibly learn something, get a stethoscope and listen to each suspected part. although, as previously mentioned, there is only one part left that you haven't had changed.

I would still first pull the PCV as it is a possible cause and ridiculously cheap and easy to do/replace.

If you made a YouTube video in detail and posted a link. I'm sure someone on here would be able to point the problem out but if you want go ahead and replace the water pump and necessary components and let us know. I'm curious now.
