Hey everyone,

I have this 2015 Honda Civic SI Coupe and I have had this consistent noise that only comes with coming off the clutch at an incline with acceleration. The car shifts and the clutch performs fine otherwise when driving. I’m currently at 89xxx miles with the stock OEM clutch. Could anybody have an idea of what could be the cause of this? Any help would be appreciated.

Time for a new clutch kit. But 89k is low! You need to rev match when down shifting and not dump the clutch so much. Unless you about that life 🤣 I babied mine and made it to 180,000 miles on the stock clutch. Burn rubber not you're clutch lol

Thank you guys for all of the updates. I will get this addressed soon. While the transmission is being worked on, I was thinking about potentially upgrading the clutch too. What clutch do you guys recommended? I have an exhaust, HPS coupler, and tune. I don’t plan on doing anything else to it at the moment. I was thinking an exedy clutch kit since it’s pretty close to OEM but I cannot find a kit that includes a flywheel too. Action clutch and clutch master is also an option I’ve been looking at.
I really enjoyed the torque gain from the Clutch Master FX250. The only drawback is that it got about 80,000 miles on it. And the clutch started to slip. So I went back to a stock one. I do miss the torque because it's definitely noticeable but changes in clutch is a lot of work so I went back to stock.
