lots of bluetooth / app options if you want to give up your phone or an old phone to the task.
ultragauge has a nice little dedicated unit with customizable display, that does most of what you're asking, but support for the transmission temps on the Honda's is sketchy.
these guys make a nice unit, but its going to cost you.
