Personally, I would change oil every 3k and change tranny, brake, coolant fluid every 20-30k. Ye that could be excessive and costly if you’re not doing it yourself but it’s worth imo.

2012 honda civic 1.8L 63,000 when do I need to change my fluids I've been doin oil change every 5,000 but what about the others I've heard multiple things,I just need it laid out:transmission fluid,engine coolant, brake fluid, transfer case fluid,powersteering fluid,rear differential fluid, not sure if I even need to change a couple of those on this particular car but any information will be greatly appreciated.

Oil and filter at 5k miles, trans at 30k miles. For the trans, only Honda fluid.
For manual transmissions I disagree amsoil synchromesh is a lot better in the cold from my experience. Personally I use castrol edge 0w20, amsoil synchromesh tranny fluid, prestone dot 4 for brake and clutch fluid, peak blue coolant.Oil and filter at 5k miles, trans at 30k miles. For the trans, only Honda fluid.

Where are you getting transfer case, power steering and differential from? Civics don’t come AWD and the power steering is electrical no more fluid?I change oil every 5k miles. When I bought my 2012 with 93k, the trans fluid had never been done. If it had, it wasn't in the service history, and it was rather old looking/smelling. Changing it out made it shift a lot better, so I'm convinced it should've been done sooner.
Definitely change the trans fluid if it's never been done. I would guess 60k is a high minimum for changing it, but you should listen to more experienced owners for specifics. Get the fluid from a Honda dealership. Everything I've read/researched suggests you should use OEM fluid, and it's not expensive at all.

best way to do it is look at the manual book that came with the car its all in the manual book everything specified only for your car manual anything you want to know about fluid replacements is on that manualfuel filter need replace every year
Fuel Filter does not need replaced every year. That's just ridiculous.

ones a year of replacing a fuel filter is perfect it doesnt cost much and easy to replace unless your cheap hhahha
