When I bought my 2012 with 93k, the trans fluid had never been done. If it had, it wasn't in the service history, and it was rather old looking/smelling. Changing it out made it shift a lot better, so I'm convinced it should've been done sooner.
Definitely change the trans fluid if it's never been done. I would guess 60k is a high minimum for changing it, but you should listen to more experienced owners for specifics. Get the fluid from a Honda dealership. Everything I've read/researched suggests you should use OEM fluid, and it's not expensive at all.
