Power Outlet - Center Console - add additional socket?

I see that there is a empty fuse slot for a second power outlet.

I found this part on eBay, which looks like it would fit into place, in place of mine, which looks like this, but without the power outlet.

Does anyone know if the wiring is already there underneath, to connect this without having to run any wires? It looks like a huge hassle to take out, just to look for the wiring.
