Retrofit Si Unit into 2015 EX?

Howdy everyone, I’ve recently purchased a 2015 EX and I have to say I’m mildly disappointed with the audio system. In hopes to improve it; I’m curious if retrofitting a 2015 Si head unit would improve the audio quality at all, and would it be plug and play? I’m aware the Si models came with a sub, my train of thought is the additional amperage can/will improve the sound quality.
