421k km or, for my US pals, abour 261k miles.

Transmission is now, up to a point where it will get out of reverse only with a clutch kick. 1st and 2nd are also hard to engage. 3300$ is not that bad considering the fact that they put on a low miles 2015 Si transmission, brand new seals and clutch fork, a brank new OEM clutch, an alignment and they will open and inspect that used transmission to make sure it wasn't abused...

I decided to keep the car BTW.

Marko!
With that kind of mileage the clutch is due anyways glad you kept the car.

Sup. I wonder if anyone is still driving their Si? I have a 2012 Civic Si with 121,000K on it. I got the CMC and Slave cylinder replaced back at 62k. I am the 3rd owner of vehicle, drove it off the lot with it have 47,000 miles on it. Its been 3 years and some change and this car treats me well til this day, I just got an alignment not to long ago and man my car rides so much smoother. Lol, but yeah I plan on driving this car until the wheels fall off. By the end of this year i should be at 140k on the motor. And man I'm proud to be climbing up in the mile high club. Ill most likely keep this thing bone stock, just gonna throw couple of bolt ons on it and get it flashpro'd.

My current mods:

Muffler Delete - $50 with 3" pipe
SiriMoto short shifter adapter - $58
skunk2 weighted shift knob - $55
Cobra hood mask - $88
Mugen Style rainguard visors - $35
DC Sports short ram intake - $162
JDM Red Honda badges - $45 View attachment 491479 View attachment 491480 View attachment 491481 View attachment 491482 View attachment 491483 View attachment 491485
@GahdSpeed Beautiful 2012 SI you have! I have not seen a cleaner black 2012 sedan. Keep it up, for sure. Strange, but IMHO, I like how the 2012 SI wheels are just one color. The 2013s have the black accent, which is fancy, but difficult to touch-up, since I got curb rash on some.

The car should be ready today or tomorrow. Turns out the low miles 2015 transmission had a brief but hard life as it needed the 1st, 2nd and 3rd gearsets... The bill will be nearing a eyes watering 5500$..

Well, i never, ever changed a wheel bearing or suspention\steering component of any sort (except 4 stabilizer links) in all those miles so i kind of expect those relatively soon...

...hopefully not!

Well I guess considering if he's saying 3300 canadian,it sounds about right for here in the states it'd be about the same in our conversion.
But damn all that for a used transmission though sucks.
You'd think they would of rebuilt it at that price.

It was! Ended up costing 5100$ including taxes for 1st/2nd/3rd/Reverse, seals and bearings for the used teansmission. And a new OEM clutch. And alignment. And an oil change....

Marko!

P.S. 432k km! (268 xxx) miles now.
