I had that problem. As i tought is was the 375k km clutch that was going, i changed it and both the master and slave cylinder, only for the problem to reappear a couple of months later. Don't do the same mistake i did, CHANGE YOUR FUDGING PILOT BUSHING!!! If it jams ever so sightly, the input shaft won't completely disengage and it will cause gear engagement problems.

P.S. To be honest i didn't even knew there was one on a FWD Honda.. That's why i didn't order it in the first place. You live and learn i guess. :\
