Trustworthy shop in NJ (Monmouth County area)

Just curious if anyone knows of a good, reliable shop in NJ? I live in Monmouth County but travel all the time up to the Secaucus area and everywhere in between. I'd like to have a regular shop to go to so if anyone has good experiences please share :)
