I got my brake changed almost a month ago and I thought it was just the sound of the brakes breaking in, but it started to get apparent since today. I added more negative camber in the front and this sound started to get more even louder.

UPDATE: So today, I switch my tires from the back to the front and front to the back. The sound went away, but appears only sometimes. I'm about to change my CV later in the week, so I hope I fixed this once and for all

Sounds like the dust shield is rubbing on your rotor. It could have got bent when doing your brakes. What's the purpose of doing your CV shaft. That will not solve your noise issue.

Also make sure you have no play on your wheel bearing.
