Mag blue is a good option. They look close to black but not like you're riding on steelies...
Here are a couple of examples. CE28s are my favorite mag blue wheels.

Black looks good if you have the right wheels, but GLOSS black. That way they dont look like steelies.

white looks CRAZY clean on a silver car. I think sayswai had white wheels on his, looks sick.

gunmetal is a sick choice no matter what color car.

the orange and red (especially orange) are super cool and LOUD if you have the balls.
