Randomly, seemingly without cause and at any speed, my right wheel jingles/scrapes. The sound is like that of a slinky or loose washer but extremely louder than that. It happens mostly under braking or over bumps. However neither are 100% hit rate. The only time I can confidently recreate the sound is by turning left.

It is loud enough to be heard on the left side of the car but its definitely the right wheel area.

I assumed it was the brake pads, they have been replaced along with all shims. Sound is still there. Sway bar links are firm and bushings healthy. I really dont think something is stuck in the dust shield, way way too loud for that to be it.

Im losing my mind boys, what could it be?

It is not unheard of for shims to howl at speed.

Alternative to taking it to a shop, have you disassembled any of it, yourself, to see if anything is loose? Who did the brake job? That person should be on-hands troubleshooting it.
