why did they make the orange fire color? For me it looks great until the red interior CLASH.. Honda should have made the Orange fire color a special edition that came with matching interior.. Not orange but at least all black.. and in 3-5 years.. Ya know that red interior is going to fade to pink.. :eusa_clap:

I’ve hade my orange fire pearl si for 5 years since the car was made as far as the seats go no fading , the seats are still as red as blood , as long as you take care of them

Yes, it's simply the shade of orange paint, alongside the black, that makes this car^ look more aggressive than, say, a Civic Si. :winky:

 

The HFP wheels and HFP kit makes this car looks beautiful. I would not mind trading in my Si for this.

me too but w/ orange paint? Come on.. One of Honda's biggest blunders yet. That specific Si Orange color only should have been a Special Edition with Black Leather Si interior. Cleared out rear lenses and Chrome or Blacked out Si Civic emblems. HFP wheels too.. I don't like painted black wheels.. They chip real easy. PlastiDip them ASAP...

 

So some of you still don't like the orange eh? Well let's see...

Love my new 2014 Civic SI Coupe

It's not the HFP, I just added the spoiler kit on the SI Coupe. I liked the stock wheels better anyway, and I didn't want the car lowered and hitting stuff, though I know that would improve handling a bit. It handles and corners like a dream; better than anything I've ever owned.:yeahthat:

Anyway, here's a bunch of pix of my New Orange Fire Pearl: (First three are nighttime under mercury vapor lighting, thus the shade differences).

I really enjoy my OFP sedan. I've not seen another one in person so it seems kinda rare. Yes, I know that some don't care for the color. I didn't at first either. However, after seeing it several times at the dealership it grew on me. It does stand out on the road against all the grey, black, and white cars. Even the red interior doesn't bother me. It's an odd ball and that's part of the reason why I like it.

 

Just got the car clean with the springs. I love this color and get a fair amount of compliments on it as well.

What springs did you go with? Also, I think switching the stock headlight and fog bulbs to Silverstars would look great. The whiter light would give a nice contrast to the orange as opposed to the amber of the stockies.
