Does anyone have or know where to find a DIY to remove the rear bottom plastic pieces on the sides of the seats in the rear for a coupe?

Of course, I began way before there was an interwebz, but it's still common practice for me. Even with the internet, I still find them to be valuable references.

I agree and I do have said book, however their descriptions are sometimes somewhat confusing and the "illustrations" associated with the descriptions are barely useable with only 1 or 2 pics and at questionable quality. So just seeing if anyone had any better pics/directions.
