If I'm not wrong some of these do come with a decoder just got to find the right kit. I just magically came across these they do look pretty sweet and yeah I think they will be weak

I think you can use the bulbs I posted with the intensifier and decoder in that case I will be doing this setup.. I want my rims so my si wheels will be going bye bye lol. But if you look at the tip of the Cree bulb and may be a bright bulb it does say "hid"

Taking a more thorough look, the item page actually lays it all out for you pretty well... which is a rarity really.

* Made of Cree Q5 (US) high power chip 5W + 1.5W x 4 Espitar led. Built in with 2 separate constant current circuits which makes the efficiency of light much higher.
* These led bulbs will give your fog/day time running light a HID looks without paying/dealing with HID conversion kit to damage light housing.
* Do not buy these led if you think/try to outperform(output/light on the road) your halogen bulbs, these led can not compare to your low/high beam or fog light, even this type of led is equal or the best compare with other products out there
* Some newer models you might/not need to add load resistors/decoders to ensure the proper function. Please ask if you have question.
