Hey everyone,

I am trying to decide between the D2 Racing RS and Buddy Club N+ Specs for coilovers.

I know the BC N+ specs is more expensive by a few hundred dollars, but I am not worried about that. So that is not a factor.

From reviews I have read, BC N+ specs appears to be better performance/quality wise, BUT D2 Racing RS comes with pillow ball upper mounts along with front camber adjustable plates (of which BC N+ Specs does not have either).

I also hear D2 Racing RS might be better for the daily driver in terms of ride quality.

My SI is a daily driver and I drive about 40 miles each way to/from work. I live in Boston where the road conditions are not that great and I have to deal with winter.

Please guide this young jedi in the right direction :eek:ccasion14:

Help with deciding coilvers! Yes or no?

Hey everyone,

I acquired a 2014 civic si sedan last summer and I've had a lot of fun driving it, but have begun wanting to do some modifications to the vehicle. I've been scouring these forums for a while and was hoping to get some of your opinions on the pro/con of coilovers overall as well as the specific brand that has worked well for you. I currently only have a CAI intake installed and I was considering either going down the path of getting a catback and a hondata reflash or a set of coilovers (maaayybe lowering springs). I use this car as my DD and I want to still keep a relatively comfortable ride while enhancing the overall performance.

I was hoping to get your perspective as to what you guys think makes the car more enjoyable to drive as well keep some level of practicality. I've been mostly looking at the DS2 and BC BR coilovers as potential options and wanted to see what experiences you guys had with pre and post installation. Thanks so much for your time and help!

As this is essentially a 'what coilovers should I get' thread, it has been merged into that stickied thread.

Hey guys I searched a couple threads already and couldn't find the specific questions or answers I was looking for. I have a 2015 civic si sedan and I wanna lower my car with coilovers but I wanna go low.. Go low with good drivability. What coilovers should I buy? It is my DD. Also I'm gonna be buying wheels that are 18x9 with 30+ offset, what tire size do you think I'll need? I really don't wanna roll my fenders but if I have too I will. I've been looking at k sports but I just want to know what you guys think. I want coilovers that can also adjust the camber in the front and rear. Thank you!!!
Had the ksports on my 12 si loved it. Imo it's prfect for a DD and the adjustability is good.

Tactically acquired? So you got a 5 finger discount? LOL nah just kidding, but in allseriousness if you're going the performance route get the FlashPro! Even with a stock setup you notice a moreenjoyable ride with a tune.
