06-11 civic rs i had to order additional piece to make them work for the front part is called link mounting no part number

 

Oooo nice. How come you only paid $875 for the suspension when online it says 1400?

 

i bought it at my boy shop hiboost 1.9 here in north jersey so that the price he gave me price the internet prices are retail anyways

 

oh nice, your rear spring is set up different from my RedShift set up, my collar sits up top, but once i lift the car the collar gets loose, gonna add some 3m tape to hold it in place. any pics of your drop?

Wait brown bear. I thought you said the 8th gen wouldn't work because me the end link. So how come his works and if bought 8th gens?

 

its doesnt fit directly i had to buy an additional part from d2 to make it work if you check in my first post look at the first and second pic i had to purchase the link mount and the 8th gen rear isolater for it to work properly

 

this is an 8th gen kit i bought and made it work they dont sell a kit for the car yet i researched it on my own and bought what i needed to make it work just two extra parts that all in my first post

those prices on d2's website are retail from them but i bought it from my friends shop at hiboost 1.9 here in jersey ill pm the number if u want look up on ebay also cheaper too

I'm sure he can, but I want to know if you can slammed the car with this setup?! Cause I need coilovers in a month or so and no company like buddy club, skunk 2 or anything else have our application... So if this work for tucking the tires in the fenders, I might go with this setup.

yea it can defenitly be slammed if yo look at the picture of the shock yo can see how much more thread is on the shock itself

 

no rattling at all , no updates yet waiting for my tires to post pics rimmed up

Keep updates on the status of the coils, especially how the ride is as well as if there is any issues you run into.

 

ride is perfect been driving the car for two weeks already no problems at all

 

Guys chris from redshift said you can buy the coilovers that are on there site from the 8thgen cause they work, but he also told me that they will be releasing coilovers for our cars soon.

i didnt slammed cuz i drive it to work and the road in jersey are horrible

 

So i do not want any one to take this the wrong way but why spend all this money for a suspension set up in an area with bad roads and weather on a four door lx civic, just wondering
